Rectangular ducts

- Straight ducts ≥ 900 mm in length are regarded as STRAIGHT CONNECTION PIPES .
- Straight ducts < 900 mm in length are regarded as FITTINGS.
- We produce straight ducts in L sections=1500 mm.
- If you order a rectangle with a length exceeding 1500 mm, it will be manufactured in sections of 1500 mm + the resulting rest.
- There is a possibility to produce a duct longer than 1500mm.
- The ducts are ended with “fixed” mounting frames.
- It is possible to produce a loose frame : designation- “PSL”.
Tees
Product symbol: Trójnik R150, Trójnik R=0
- They are ended with “fixed” mounting frames.
- In round tees as standard:
radius: E, F = 100
straight connection pipes: G, H, K, L = 50mm
- In straight tees as standard:
straight connection pipes: E, F, I, J = 50mm
Reducers
Product symbol: Red Prost
- They are ended with “fixed” mounting frames.
- They allow changing all dimensions and offset pipes in both directions.

Bends
Product symbol: Kol 90 R150, Kol 90 R=0, Kol 45 R150, Kol 45 R=0
- They give the possibility to change the dimensions of the duct on sides A and C.
- They are ended with “fixed” mounting frames.
- They are stiffened by air guide vanes in accordance with EN1505 “Ducts and ventilation fittings of rectangular cross-section sheet metal”.
- Curved bends Kol R>0, Kol 45 R150 as standard:
radius D = 100
straight connection pipes E, F, G = 50mm
- In bend with sharp section from the inside (Kol R=0, Kol 45 OSTRE) as standard:
straight connection pipes D, E, F = 50mm
Note:
In bends with an angle < 45° or side A≤400mm, the air guide vanes are not required. They are used for larger dimensions to reduce the pressure loss of the bend.
Diffusers
Product symbol: Red P-O
- Change of cross-section from rectangular to round.
- The rectangular section is ended by a “fixed” mounting frame.
- The round section has an end:
nipple – standard
muff – on client’s request
- They offer the possibility of horizontal and vertical offset pipes.

Offset pipes
Product symbol: Skok 1, Skok 2
- They are used to connect two rectangular elements with a change in height of the ventilation duct or to bypass an obstacle in the way of the ventilation duct.
- They are ended with “fixed” mounting frames.
- They give the possibility to change dimensions on sides A and C and offset E.

End caps
Product symbol: KPL
- End:
- “fixed” mounting frame – standard
- without mounting frame – on client’s request
- standard length is 30mm.
End caps with mesh
Product symbol: KPL-S
- Perforated sheet 1mm thick, perforation Qg10-12 and clearance 69.4% – standard version.
- Galvanized wire mesh with a diameter of 1mm and mesh size 12.7×12.7 – on client’s request.
- Galvanized multi-strand crimped wire mesh with a diameter of 2mm and a mesh size of 20×20 – on clients’s request.
- End:
- “fixed” mounting frame – standard version
- without mounting frame – on client’s request
- standard length is 30mm.
