Roof plinths

Product symbol: PCD, PCDIZO

• They are used as supporting elements for roof vent bases or roof fans.
• They are suitable for mounting on the roof of any inclination angle E.
• The standard version is made of galvanised sheet.
• Other material – on client’s request.
• The base can be insulated with 50mm mineral wool. Other kind of insulation – on client’s request.
• The base’s external dimensions are

A +100 mm
B + 100 mm

• Standard inward curve is D=50mm.
• This reduces the plinth dimension AxB by 100mm each.

Air intakes/exhaust vents

Product symbol: PCD-B, PWD-B

• Can be made of galvanised steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
• They are used as an air supply or exhaust for ventilation devices.
• They are ended with a “fixed” mounting frame.
• The inlet/outlet openings are, as a standard, equipped with perforated sheet Qg10-12, mesh 10x10mm, relative clearance 69.4%.
• Additional dimensions of air intake/exhaust vent:
• AxB – dimensions of the base
• CxD – hood dimensions
• C=A+100
• D=B+100
• Standard dimension E=300mm
• Powder coating in any RAL colour is possible.

Roof exhaust vent

Product symbol: PWD-E

• Can be manufactured in galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
• The air discharge is vertical, which makes it possible to install it close to fresh air supply equipment.
• Connection to the ventilation installation is by means of a “fixed” mounting frame.
• The outlet from the exhaust vent is protected by:
• 1) perforated galvanised sheet 1mm thick, perforation Qg10-12 mesh 10x10mm, relative clearance 69.4% – when larger side < 500mm
• 2) with a multi-strand crimped mesh of galvanized wire Ø2mm and mesh size 20x20mm, relative clearance 82,36% when the larger side ≥ 500mm
• Equipped with a drip tray with drainage of rainwater to the outside.
• Powder coating in any RAL colour is possible.

Air intakes/exhaust vents

Product symbol: PCK-135-1, PWK-135-1

• Can be manufactured in galvanised steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
• Ended on one side with a “fixed” mounting frame, on the other side with a mesh (standard).
• Horizontal louvres may be mounted at an angle of 45° on the outlet, protected from the inside by a multi-strand crimped mesh made of Ø2mm wire, mesh 20x20mm, relative clearance 82.36%.
• Standard dimensions of air intake/exhaust vent:
• R = 100
• D, E = 50
• F = 45°
• Distance between lamellas – 68 mm
• Powder coating in any RAL colour is possible.

Air intakes/exhaust vents

Product symbol: PCK-135-2, PWK-135-2

Can be manufactured in galvanised steel, aluminium and stainless steel.

• On one side ended with a “fixed” mounting frame, on the other side with a mesh (standard).
• Possibility of installing horizontal louvres at an angle of 45° on the outlet, protected from the inside by:
• 1) galvanised wire mesh with a diameter of 1mm and a mesh size of 12.7×12.7mm for galvanised steel inlet/outlet – for larger side <1000mm
• 2) Galvanised perforated sheet with a thickness of 1 mm, perforation Qg10-12 and clearance 69.4% for galvanised steel air intakes/exhaust vents- for larger side ≥1000mm
• aluminium expanded metal, grade 1050A, thickness 1mm, mesh 7.5×15 and clearance 80% for aluminium steel air intakes/exhaust vents.
• 1.4301 perforated stainless steel sheet 1mm thick with Qg10-12 perforations and 69.4% clearance for stainless steel intake/exhaust vents.
• Standard size of air intake/exhaust vent:

R = 200
E = 150
D = 50
F = 135°

• Distance between lamellas – 68 mm
• Powder coating in any RAL colour is possible.

Ventilation chimney

Product symbol: OKW

• Standard finish in galvanised sheet metal. Other materials on request.
• Can be used as an air intake or exhaust vent.
• Full connection diameter – standard version
• There is a possibility of nipple or muff version – on client’s demand
• Inlet protected with mesh.
• Powder coating in any RAL colour is possible.

Round roof exhaust vent

Product symbol: OWD-E

• Standard finish in galvanised sheet metal. Other material – on client’s request.
• Vertical air discharge allows for installation close to fresh air supply equipment.
• Muff connection – standard execution.
• Nipple or steel flange connection is available on request.
• Inlet protected with mesh.
• Equipped with a drip tray with drainage of rainwater to the outside.
• Powder painting in any RAL colour is possible.

Cylindrical roof exhaust

Product symbol: OWD-C

• Standard finish in galvanised sheet metal. Other material – on client’s request.
• Muff connection – standard version.
• Nipple or steel flange connections available upon request.
• Powder painting in any RAL colour is possible.

Roof vent base

Product symbol: PPD-AII

• They are used as supporting elements of the roof air intake or exhaust vent in ventilation systems.
• Standard version mad of galvanised sheet. Other types of material on client’s request.
• Ended with “fixed” mounting frames.
• Standard length of the duct L=1000mm.
• External dimensions of the vent base are:

E = A +300
F = B + 300

• The height of the part above the roof is depending on the size:

up to 400×400    H=150mm
up to 700×700     H=160mm
up to 900×900    H=180mm
up to 1100×1100  H=200mm
up to 1300×1300 H=220mm
2000×2000     H=240mm

Roof vent base

Product symbol: OPD-BII

• Standard finish in galvanised sheet metal. Other types of material on client’s request.
• Suitable for flat roof.
• Nominal pipe diameter – standard execution.
• There is a possibility to make a nipple or muff connection – on client’s demand
• Standard pipe length L=1000mm
